For another year with enthusiasm and creativity, Astir Odysseus Kos resort & Spa celebrated World Environment Day on June 5.

Following this year’s theme “Beat Plastic Pollution” our hotel team created “The 3R Project” (Reduce – Reuse – Recycle).

Staying steadfast in our commitments to sustainable development and continuous improvement of our environmental impact, we believe that a better future will come through educating and raising awareness among children.

For this reason, this year’s environmental action “The 3R Project” had as its central axis the education and participation of our young guests with a series of activities such as information about plastics and how we can reduce their use in our daily lives, participation in a creative recycling game of plastic, paintings and handcrafts reusing plastic items.
